Higgins Construction required LockMetal's assistance to develop the the design of soffits and window flashings for a buildable and cost effective solution.
Working alongside the design team, LockMetal developed a solution that met budget requirements, but importantly also met the aesthetic requirements at the same time.
Our solution also coordinated well with the other packages, making it simple for the stakeholders to work to a deadline, and save both time and budget.
