Lockmetal were recently appointed by Hill Partnerships to provide their statement cladding expertise for 107 new apartments as part of the North West Cambridge Development.

Redrow Homes benefited from Lockmetals ability to work on multiple elements of statement cladding including the use of Corea Cladding.

The Marketing Suite had a very short procurement period but it was very high profile and completion on time was imperative. Details were sketchy but Lockmetal were able to work up a flexible response that meant they were able to deliver on-time and within budget.

The original design of the walkway soffits was cumbersome but cheap, however the mock-up was rejected by the design team. Lockmetal came in late in the process and proposed a simple, effective and cost efficient solution.
