The fascia soffit system comprises of two boards, the fascia board and the soffit board. The former is mounted where the roof meets the outer walls of the property and runs along the lower edge of the roof. It is this part that supports the lower edge of the bottom row of roof tiles and carries all the guttering. The soffit board is tucked underneath the fascia board. Either board can be ventilated to reduce condensation.
Durability and Aesthetics
Combining outstanding durability with quality aesthetics, Lockmetal’s aluminium fascia soffit systems can be incorporated into any building type with ease.
Situated at the junction of two primary elements, the eaves of a building is often overlooked but it is an extremely important component. Any competent eaves system must be able to efficiently overcome building tolerances whilst simultaneously masking the junction of the wall and roof. Due to the relative inaccessibility of these areas, the eaves system must be relatively maintenance-free.
Versatile and built to last
Lockmetal’s fascia soffit installations are backed by a varied and adaptable product range to fit practically any eaves configuration and to match any facade programme. We select only the best materials and pay close attention to detail to cope with the demands of the critical interface.
Our commercial and industrial fascia soffits have already been installed on a range of projects across the UK and have all provided high client satisfaction. No matter how complex or intricate the building properties, we can provide high quality fascia soffits that are built to last. We use aluminium fascia soffit systems which deliver long life expectancy with next to no maintenance.
