MODULAR SOFFIT SYSTEM

The performance specification for this popular design of building called for low maintenance external finishes in matching colours.

The obvious material choice was aluminium; enabling the windows, curtain walling, eaves and rainwater goods to share a common Polyester Powder finish which was available in a wide range of standard shades and gloss levels.

This choice also met the sustainability criteria set by the client.

Lockmetal proposed the use of their Modular Soffit Plank system which allows for a high degree of tolerance in soffit width whilst retaining a crisp, fixing free look.

The installation stage ran smoothly and a snag free package was handed over on time and within budget.
