ALUMINIUM FASCIA SOFFIT SYSTEM

Given the planned use of this building there were significant issues for maintenance access, therefore a low maintenance solution was required for all components.

The use also dictated a high level of vandal resistance and consideration needed to be taken to eliminate opportunities for self-harm.

Lockmetal proposed the use of their modular Soffit Plank system, matching pressed fascias and cappings and a direct fix box gutter.

Lockmetal’s SW33 system was an obvious choice for the Rainwater Pipes given its hidden and back-to-wall fixing details.

The installation stage ran smoothly and a snag free package was handed over on time and within budget.

The client was delighted!
