RADIUSED FASCIA & SOFFIT

The contractor on this project had overlooked the Fascia/Soffit package with serious implications for an already tight program.

Coupled with this, the project architect needed an exact match of the detail on a neighbouring block which had been built sometime previously.

Lockmetal was able to rapidly mobilise technical staff; enabling a full survey on the day the enquiry was received, and full drawing issue within one week.

Verge details which curve are notoriously difficult to achieve and require considerable skill both in design and application. Lockmetal has extensive experience and is able to advise on cost/aesthetic options.

The package of works was completely installed in a further two weeks, much to the relief of the main contractor.
